This website is operated by SiouxSky Aerial Solutions (“SiouxSky,” “we”), a drone services business in South Dakota, United States.
Information you send us
When you submit a quote request, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, service, project description, timeframe, budget range and preferred contact method. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and deliver any project you engage us for.
Quote requests are delivered to our business inbox by email through Amazon Web Services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that host or deliver our website and email, or where required by law.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Spam and abuse protection
To prevent automated abuse, our form service briefly processes your IP address to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire automatically within a few hours.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and analytics will only run with your consent.
Imagery captured during projects
Aerial projects are planned to focus on the client's site. Neighboring property or people may incidentally appear in wide views; we avoid capturing identifiable individuals where practical and will consider reasonable requests to blur or remove imagery. Project imagery is shared publicly — for example in our gallery — only with the client's permission.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further contact. Email info@siouxsky.com.
