Aerial imagery and documentation, scoped to what you need to decide or show

Two kinds of work, one standard: commercial documentation that gives project and property teams a reliable visual record, and photography and video that show places at their best.

Commercial documentation

For construction, property and asset teams

Repeatable, organized imagery that supports reporting, planning and communication — with clear limits on what visual documentation is.

Photography & video

For marketing, listings and memorable events

Composed, edited aerial images and footage that tell the story of a place, a property or an occasion.

Packages

Package frameworks

These packages describe how projects are usually scoped. Pricing depends on the site, travel, number of views or visits, and editing — so every project receives a written quote. Recurring construction documentation can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly or by milestone.

How it works

From request to deliverables in four steps

  1. 01

    Submit project details

Tell us the location, what you need captured, your timeframe and how the results will be used.

  2. 02

    Receive a scope and quote

You get a written scope listing views, deliverables, schedule assumptions and price — before anything is booked.

  3. 03

    Confirm schedule and flight feasibility

Airspace, permissions, site access, weather and on-site conditions are reviewed and a flight window is set.

  4. 04

    Receive the agreed deliverables

Edited, organized files are delivered to the structure agreed in your scope.

Every flight depends on airspace, property-owner and site permissions, weather, site conditions and the regulations that apply at the time. If a flight can't be completed safely and legally, it won't be attempted — and you'll know before the visit.
